I heard lot of situations ends up with misunderstanding in partnership business. It is better to start off with good investment and known area with pre-preparation of mid set. If you invented an original concept that creates a new market that is in need of your product, it's highly possible that you don't lose any customer just because they have no other choice. But in the long run, there will always be somebody else who does things better and will gain your customers preference. If you own the only oasis in the middle of the desert, everybody will be willing to accept your conditions: If you're a mall store, you'll have to comply with all those subjects....
