But, I wasn't referring to an individual's yin/yang of offers and needs. :) What I meant is that often I go to networking events and find that as a group the offers and needs don't match up or balance out. I think that's where referrals come in - and broadening one's network. But, I wasn’t referring to an individual’s yin/yang of offers and needs. :) What I meant is that often I go to networking events and find that as a group the offers and needs don’t match up or balance out. I think that’s where referrals come in – and broadening one’s network.
