Word = change
Theme = change

(at least for me!)

I have had a &#039;theme&#039; of the year for about the last five years, but I really like the idea of a word (or two) even better... even stronger focus that way, and  very easy to remember and therefore bring to top of mind often. Great stuff and thanks for sharing.</description>
