Start up companies are for start up people It is really hard to get a job in a good company right out of a college so its helpful to gain some experience in a start up company. Ofcourse starting up in a start up company should rely on the setting the goal of gaining an experience and hope for improving and steping up and there is a great chances of the company going bankruptcy so dont set your goals to high and get depressed after that. Thats how start up companies work.
