What will you be doing at Standout Jobs as an Account Manager and Customer Service Lead?
Simple: You’ll be helping customers maximize the value they get out of our product, and nurturing long-term relationships.
That will include:
- Designing and implementing career sites for customers
- Training customers on using our product
- Developing training and demo materials
- Developing a customer support and account management strategy
- Managing a team of customer support staff
- Answering phones
- Helping customers with forgotten passwords (i.e. the minutae of things!)
- Securing renewals (so there is a sales component to this!)

That sounds like such a good job, but at the moment I wouldn't be able to take it, the least of the problems being that I don't live anywhere close to Montreal and I would never move. But it really does seem awesome.
Sounds like a good job, I worked in a call center for 7 years and it can be tough but worth it.

great post, a little hard to read with some of the weird characters that didn’t transfer well, but other then that I enjoyed the brief quotes form the interview.
