Clients are people too! LOL! Yes, some people are just plain rude, inconsiderate, and forgetful; but in my experiences, I've found that often these behaviors are not how the person acts all the time. In other words, people just have bad days. Sometimes I'll talk with someone who sounds very rude and short with me, then I'll talk to the same person on a different occasion and their demeanor is the complete opposite. For the most part business people are smart, and smart people know the importance of being polite!
