It's pretty easy and relatively low cost to get started with a basic site or a blog. I haven't paid for any advertising yet, but I'm sure that's where costs can skyrocket. I paid $10 for the domain, and $6.95 a month for hosting. So my total for now would be $16.95 for my relatively new site. I couldn’t say how much my time is worth in a financial sense.
