I called the company to complain. I talked to a person named Steve in Tech Support and he said this should not have happened. He couldn't explain why it happened. What kind of way is this to conduct business? Now there are hundreds of people (my contacts) who think they are getting bombarded with a virus or malicious attack. I told the company to have their CEO named Raghu Kulkarni to call me immediately and that I would be filing a complaint with the FBI and Attorney General's office. Thank you.
