lean startup conference

The Lean Startup Conference is the top Lean Startup event, hosted by Eric Ries and Sarah Milstein. The event is on December 3rd and 4th, with a week of activities planned beforehand as well. It’s going to be a great event.

And I’m very excited that Alistair Croll and I will be doing a half-day workshop on Lean Analytics at the conference on December 4th.

During the workshop we’ll be going over lots of stuff from the book on how to collect metrics, which ones to focus on and analyze, implementing an analytics-first culture and more. Some of our key concepts like the One Metric That Matters will be highlighted as well. It’s going to be a great place to work with and learn from Lean Startup practitioners, and test out some of our ideas.
