I met the owner of JibberJobber this weekend, Jason Alba. Smart guy, doing some cool stuff.

But he's tackling the problem more from the candidate side than the employer side which is what we're focusing on.

I think it's cool that JibberJobber is getting the buzz/attention that it has though, cause he's worked hard at it and he's tackling real problems that candidates have.
